Join SAF and LMN Architects' Howard Fitzpatrick, Design Principal, and Tyler Schaffer, Associate, as they take us through the design of Sound Transit’s U District Station that will be opening October 2nd. In this virtual program, we will learn how their team designed a light rail station to fit within the urban context of the University District and the unique challenges of designing an underground station that will have a future transit-oriented development built over it. In addition, they will share the overall design approach and finish choices while providing a virtual tour through the station.
